Thank you for shopping with us. We hope you and your little one love every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

• Items must be in their original packaging

• All tags must still be attached

• You must provide proof of purchase or your order number

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on baby clothing that shows signs of wear or use.

Non returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards

• Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)

• Personalised or custom items

• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

How to Start a Return

Please include:

• Your order number

• The item(s) you wish to return

• The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your item.

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

• Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need a different size, please return the original item and place a new order.
